  24. Percentage ratings are, quite simply, nothing but trouble--especially in 
  25. the all-important "Overall" category.  I can actually accept the rankings 
  26. for "value for money", "graphics", "sound", etc. because those can be put 
  27. against some sort of reasonable benchmark...but over time, grade 
  28. inflation is going to catch up with any magazine, any publisher, and any 
  29. game...
